What To Expect
Start your adventure with a pickup at Plaza Urquinaona in the old town in Barcelona. Then you will be driven by our minivan about 45 minutes outside of the city to the launch field. You'll make a short stop in the flying area at a bar to have a coffee break and the last 'civilized' toilets stop. Before you know it, you're soaring into the air, floating gently on the wind currents as you experience fantastic views of the Pyrenees, Montserrat, Vic's medieval old town, the Montseny Natural Park and, depending on visibility, even Barcelona itself and the Mediterranean. The early morning flight time ensures the optimal conditions, as the winds are lower, temperatures tend to be cooler and the sunrise lighting guarantees amazing views.
After your flight, come back to earth for a sparkling wine (Cava !) toast and pastries, during which you'll receive your flight certificate.

Your adventure begins here, from the emblematic Plaza Urquinaona, located in the city center of Barcelona. Metro station, easy to reach. Meet our team there, jump in our ballooning van and let's go for the balloon adventure ! You will be driven outside Barcelona and reach the meeting point in the flying area, next to Vic city.
Bar-Restaurant Can Pamplona
Before heading to the balloon launch site 5 minutes away, our driver will stop in this tipical Catalan Cafeteria for you to have a quick coffee, drink a fresh orange juice and get a quick snack. This place will also be your last chance to go to "civilized" toilets...
Vic
Take off place is very close from Vic city: be prepared to assist to the inflation of the balloon (impressive...) and then contemplate from the air the medieval old town of Vic city with its old streets, churches and old monuments. You will also fly over Catalonia countryside, get fantastic views of the Pyrenees, Montserrat,the Montseny Massif Natural Park and, depending on visibility, even Barcelona itself and the Mediterranean Sea.
Montseny Natural Park
From the hot air balloon you will discover the beauty of the Montseny Natural Park with its big mountain culminating at 1700 meters, at just 40 km away from Barcelona. During the winter time, you will see snow on it !

Our team will drop you off in this centrally located point. Located in Barcelona city center, you can start another activity from here, or just go to the nearest restaurant in the Ramblas street.
